I reserved a parking spot on the website and double checked to see if the car did not need to be drivable or anything like that. After confirming everything by the person that made my reservation and by the office work that it would not be a problem. I get there to put the car away, with my car on the back on a tow truck that they said would also be ok to bring to drop it off, and I was told I wasn't allowed. After a little bit of talking to the owner and working something out. they allowed me to put the car there but the time it took to get to the solution took longer than expected. But overall the owners were really understand and where very nice about the whole situation.
